WHAT ARE OUR SUNJULS MADE FROM?
All of our swimwear jewellery is made with high quality materials, most of them are crafted from stainless steel with 18k gold plating using advanced physical vapour deposition. PVD is a high quality coating technique that makes jewellery more durable, waterproof, and resistant to tarnishing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. To maintain their glow, gently rinse with cold soapy water after wear, dry completely, and store in our jewellery pouch. We encourage you to refer to the care instructions included with each item, designed to help you keep your purchase in top condition.

Order & Shipping
Where do you currently ship to?
We currently only ship to the UK.
What is your order & shipping process?
You will receive a confirmation order via email as soon as you have placed your order. Typically your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please note , there may be fulfilment delays due to unforeseen circumstances. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped and delivered.
I have not received my order confirmation
If you have not received your order confirmation, most likely the wrong email address has been entered. Please contact us at contact@sunjuls.com and we will assist you in locating your order. Make sure to include your full name, shipping address and phone number associated with your order.
How do I track the status of my order?
You will be able to track the status of your order by entering your email and order number which can be located in your account and/or on your order confirmation email.
Can I make order changes or cancel my order?
We are unable to guarantee any cancellations or changes to your order once placed. If you have inputted an incorrect shipping address please email us at contact@sunjuls.com
There is a missing/incorrect item in my order.
If you have received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at contact@sunjuls.com within 3 working days of receiving your order, including your order number, a photograph of the items received and your shipping label. Our team will be able to investigate this with our packing team and carrier.
My order is marked as delivered but I cannot find it
If your order is marked as “delivered” please contact your carrier directly. If you still do not receive your order, please contact us within 7 working days at contact@sunjuls.com and we will endeavour to help.
Returns
What is your return policy?
· You can return items within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending back to us.
· To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
· You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please provide a tracking number for proof of return.
· Upon return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Your refund may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
· Returns will not be processed if the items returned appear worn or the packaging is incomplete.
How do I start a return?
